See project PDFs become a controlled source set, then follow one deliverable through preparation, engineering input, and review.
From a new project
to a saved revision.
The workflow follows the engineering work: establish the source set, agree what must be delivered, resolve decisions, then review the result.
01Start with controlled sources
A project manager creates the project, grants access and registers the source documents. Building the index creates source understanding and a proposed deliverable catalogue.
02Review the deliverable catalogue
Include supported deliverables, keep uncertain rows in review or exclude them with their history intact. Approval waits until every active row is resolved.
03Prepare and decide
Engineers inspect prepared evidence, answer material questions and apply the decisions that shape the design. Open inputs remain visible.
04Draft, review and preserve
Sections follow the company template. The team reviews the assembled document and a project manager confirms the immutable revision.
